國小教師工作壓力、社會支持、休閒行為對教學效能之影響

The Effects of Elementary School Teachers' Work Stress, Social Support and Leisure Behavior on Teaching Effectiveness

摘要


本研究目的在探討國小教師之工作壓力、社會支持、休閒行為對教學效能之影響。本研究問卷針對南投縣142所國民小學採分層隨機抽樣方法,總計發出352份問卷,回收有效問卷共334份。所獲結果再以描述性統計分析、t檢定及單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析、迴歸分析處理。研究結果顯示:工作壓力與教學效能未達顯著相關;社會支持與教學效能達顯著正相關;休閒行為與教學效能達顯著正相關。工作壓力中的學校組織對教學效能具有負向顯著影響,教學與輔導工作與工作負荷對教學效能具有正向顯著影響;社會支持中的行政人員的支持與家人和親友的支持對教學效能具有正向顯著影響;休閒行為中的知識型與家庭活動型對教學效能具有正向顯著影響;其中社會支持對教學效能最具影響力。

The purpose of the study was to explore the impact of work pressure, social supports and leisure behaviors on teaching effectiveness. The research surveyed 142 elementary schools in Nantou County by adopting stratified random sampling method, and 352 questionnaires were distributed with 334 valid questionnaires recovered. Data was examined by descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. Partial significant differences were found in work pressure, social supports, leisure behaviors and teaching effectiveness with different individual backgrounds, which included no significant correlation between work pressure and teaching effectiveness, significant correlation between social supports and teaching effectiveness, as well as leisure behaviors and teaching effectiveness. School structures indicated negative significant effects on teaching effectiveness, while counseling tasks and work load, supports from administrative staff, family members and friends, knowledge and family-activity types of leisure behaviors showed positive significant effects on teaching effectiveness. Social supports were most influential on teaching effectiveness.
