應用混成式學習於成人學習之實證經驗

An Empirical Experience on Blended Learning Used in Adult learners

摘要


空中學校的學生都是成人學習者,他們普遍為自願性學習,尋求能解決生活問題的學習機會。本文之目的為分享編撰醫學與保健之教科書並以混成式學習的概念,多元製作電視、廣播、網路等教學媒材,並於空院課程面授時運用小組體驗式學習的教學經驗。本研究於104學年度臺中某空中學院商學院學生,有修習選修通識課程-醫學與保健,共計四班129人為對象,應用多元混成式學習,探討學生之學習過程、學習成果、並以教學評量問卷進行此教學過程之實證成效分析。結果發現:設計各類實作型的教學活動、限時小組討論的方式、面授時間的重整、了解學習者的學習動機,均可提升空院學習者學習滿意度和有效提升學習成果之教學策略,此經驗可供未來教授空中學校課程之同仁參考使用。

More engaging teaching and learning strategies are needed to teach the adult learners in the distance program. Adult learners are active, volunteer to involve in the learning activities. The learning is aimed to solve issues in their life. The purpose of this article is to share the empirical experience on creating the blended learning environment (ie. television, radio and website) and applying teamed-based experiential learning during face-to-face teaching. Four classes, l29 students who took an elective course participated in this study. The learning process, learning outcomes, and students' suggestions and evaluations were analyzed. The results suggested: designing multiple experiential teaching activities, having limited-time group discussion, rethinking the amount of face-to-face teaching, and exploring the learning motivation. These four suggestions would help to enhance student learning satisfaction and improve the learning outcomes.
