空中學院學生之學習動機與學習成效相關研究

The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Achievement of Open College Students

摘要


空中教育本質上是非正規的、推廣的、成人的、繼續的及社會的教育,為現代終身教育(life-long education)重要的一環;空中教育的要旨,主要在於依隔空學習的教育觀念,採隔空教學的教育方式,提供人人能且願接受開放學習的教育。要達成終身學習的目標,需要持續不斷的學習,而學習動機則是維持學習的主要關鍵。本研究選定國立台中科技大學空中學院學生為研究對象,發出300份問卷,回收有效問卷237份,使用SPSS 軟體進行信、效度分析、敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t 檢定分析與典型相關進行資料分析,結果顯示,空院學生之學習動機與學習成效成正相關;且學生對五種受教方式在電視教學觀看情況(動機t=-2.19*, p<.05;成效t=-2.44*, p<.05)、函授教材閱讀情況(動機t=-3.81**, p<.01;成效t=-2.74*, p<.05)有其顯著差異;在廣播教學收聽情況、網路教學觀看情況、課堂教學出席情況上沒有顯著差異,此外,本研究還提供建議供空中教育未來參考。

The essence of open education is non-formal, promotional, adult, continuing and social, which is an important part of modern lifelong education. The main purpose of open education lies in the concept of adopting an educational method of teaching through distance to provide education that everyone can and is willing to accept. To achieve the goal of lifelong learning, continuous learning is a necessity and learning motivation is the key. The objects studied in this study are students of the National Open College of Taichung University of Science and Technology. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 237 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using reliability, validity, factor analysis, independent sample t-test and canonical correlation analysis in SPSS Statistics 24.0 for Windows. The result shows that learning motivation is positively correlated with learning achievement. In addition, there is a significant or insignificant difference among the five teaching methods. The study also provides suggestions for the future studies of open education.
