中高齡學習成效影響之研究－以樂齡大學心靈成長課程為例

摘要

本研究將以互動式課前影片的課程設計介入高雄市某樂齡大學「心靈成長」課程進行實驗，探討影片教學在中高齡學習成效上的影響。將學員課程滿意度問卷及「老人幸福感量表」前後測結果所得的學習成效及背景變項以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、成對樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計分析。結論如下：一、本研究樣本背景變項對學習成效皆無顯著的差異。二、課前影片對課程滿意度有正向顯著的差異。三、課前影片對幸福感有正向顯著的差異。四、觀看影片的次數對學習成效有正向的影響。最後，本研究針對上述研究結果進行討論提出建議，可作為樂齡講師與相關機構在中高齡學習影片教學設計及課程規劃之參考。

This present exploratory study aims to investigate the effects of video teaching on learning results by employing interactive class-preview videos in a ＂spiritual growth' course in a university's Senior Citizen Learning Camp in Kaohsiung City. Pinpointing learning effectiveness and background variables, the pre-test and post-test survey data from ＂Learners Course Satisfaction Questionnaire＂ and ＂The Development of the Well- Being Scale of Elders＂ were treated and analyzed by statistical procedures such as Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Sample t-test, Paired-Sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research results as follows: 1) All background variable show no significant difference on learning effectiveness, 2) Class-preview videos has positive significant difference on course satisfaction, 3) Class-preview videos demonstrates significant difference on learners' sense of bliss, 4) the frequency of viewing videos yields significant difference on learning effectiveness. Lastly, several substantial suggestions are proposed for the future studies, which relates to course instructors in senior citizen learning camp and the course planning of using videos appropriately.
