無毒雷射不鏽鋼成分檢測技術

Non-Toxic Laser Detection Technology for Stainless Steel

摘要


“不鏽鋼”非單一鋼種的名稱,其種類繁多,現有約一百八十餘種不同的鋼種。而不同種類的不鏽鋼,其抗腐蝕性、機械強度、延展性、磁性等,都有相當大的差異。以民生用品來說,SUS200系列由於錳元素含量高,不適用直接接觸食物的產品,以免造成巴金森氏症或生殖能力受損,而SUS300系列與SUS400系列則無此疑慮。因此對於消費者與業者來說,都需要一種快速簡易辨別不鏽鋼種類的方式。無毒雷射不鏽鋼檢測技術可補足這方面的缺口,透過雷射的小區域高能量特性,局部區域高溫於材料表面快速生成一層微氧化層,讓業者或產品消費民眾以色彩管理的方式,簡易快速地確認取得產品的鋼材種類。此外,業者亦可透過此技術建立標準化驗證流程,直接於產品外觀的雷雕驗證標章,建立客戶與消費者對其產品的信賴度。

"Stainless steel" does not mean single steel type but includes about 180 kinds of different kinds of steel. Different types of stainless steel exhibit different property in corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, ductility, and magnetism, etc.. For daily essentials, SUS 200 series contain manganese which may lead to Parkinson and infertility issue, and thus are inappropriate to be applied in product that may contact food directly, while stainless steels of 300 Series and 400 Series are of no such issue. Therefore, a convenient method is required to identify types of stainless steel. The non-toxic laser detection technology for stainless steel can fill in this gap. With the high energy density in small area, laser beam can form a thin oxidized layer, which appears different color to be visually identified for the type of stainless steel. In addition, the industry can also use this technology to establish a standardized verification process and improve customer satisfaction.
