工具機主軸動態特性分析與狀態監測技術

Analysis and Monitoring Technology of Machine Tool Spindle Dynamics and Conditions

摘要


工具機中最關鍵且與切削力傳遞最直接相關的組件為主軸系統,其旋轉精度與動態特性影響最終的加工品質,故各類工具機對於主軸系統都有相當高的穩定性要求,因此在機器設計階段,如何正確分析與掌握主軸系統的動態特性已成為重要的研究課題。另外,隨著感測器、微機電、網路通訊和軟體技術的快速發展,工具機智慧監控技術近幾年在業界已逐步實現,其中主軸智慧化技術是最受業者重視的項目之一。基於上述情況,本文將對此兩議題所對應之核心技術(主軸轉子動態分析、主軸狀態監測)作一介紹,提供相關領域研發人員做為技術開發之參考。

Since the most important component in the machine tool is the spindle system, the rotation accuracy and dynamics of the spindle system are key affecting factors of production quality. The high reliability of the spindle is strongly demanded for machine tools. Therefore how to correctly analyze and control the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system at machine design stage has become an important research topic. In addition, with the rapid development of sensors, microelectromechanical systems, network communications and software technology, intelligently monitoring machine tools has been gradually realized in recent years. The spindle intelligentalization technology in particular is one of the most important development topics. In light of the above mentioned development and to provide reference for R&D personnel in technology development, this article introduces the techniques of machine tool spindle dynamics analysis and condition monitoring.
