線馬雙軸獨立式與雙軸同動式精密定位平台之模態分析比較
The Modal Analysis and Comparison of a Precision Positioning Platform with Two Independent Linear Drive Shafts and with Dual Dependent Linear Drives

The objective of this study is first to apply the Pro/E to construct two different structural type of a precision position platform. In the second part, the finite element method and Pro/M are employed to analyze the characteristics of the platform, including the in-plane and out-of-plane motion, mode shapes, and natural frequencies of the platform.
