摘要


歐盟將智慧因素投入於整體製造過程,使整個製造體系(包括單一企業與整體供應鏈)能在正確的時間點、選擇更適當與有效率的方法來完成既定工作或是妥善的處理突發狀況。此舉除會改變原先製造業體系與產品製程外,同時對應新的製造業體系(智慧製造)所需的機械設備及相關的軟硬體將因此孕育而生,尤其是對於生產設備(如金屬加工所需的工具機)的智慧化程度,成為全球設備供應商提升其產品競爭力的重要指標。因此全球主要的機械設備商無不以此作為產品技術發展的目標,期能配合終端製造業客戶的製程升級,使其持續保有滿足客戶所需的競爭力。臺灣的機械設備廠商除持續鞏固機台自身的精度與可靠度,再者可搭配發展符合臺灣機械設備客群所需的智慧化功能,方能於全球智慧生產體系中持續保有機械設備提供者的一席之地與競爭力。

The European Union (EU) takes intelligent factors into consideration when improving the entire manufacturing processes. This enables the whole manufacturing system from the single enterprise to the entire supply chain to choose more suitable and effective methods at the right time to accomplish the task or properly handling emergency situations. Taking intelligent factors into consideration not only leads to the positive changes of manufacturing systems and manufacturing processes. It also facilitates the emergence of mechanical equipment required by the new systems of the intelligent manufacturing, as well as the relevant software and hardware. The intelligent degree of production equipment such as machine tools for metal processing will become an important competitiveness indicator of global equipment suppliers. In consequence, major suppliers of mechanical equipment throughout the world all regard this factor as the development goal. Therefore they can continuously retain the competitiveness by upgrading the equipment to meet the process improvement demand of end-product producers. Besides the improvement of precision and reliability of equipment, Taiwan suppliers of mechanical equipment can also develop the intelligent functions required by customer groups to consequently keep long-term competitiveness in global intelligent manufacturing.
