智慧家庭發展策略之研究

摘要


將人居住的空間結合科技與智慧化的發展,為達成這個目標,「智慧家庭」是全球政府與科技廠通力合作的目標,對民眾而言也期待智慧家庭可改善日常生活。本論文蒐集相關資料與文獻,參考美國、歐洲、中國、日本、韓國智慧家庭科技發展案例,以作為發展臺灣智慧家庭之依據。 在亞洲主要國家如中國、日本、韓國、台灣,除科技大廠之外,還與系統商、建商合作推動智慧家庭,目前智慧家庭相關研究現況皆偏向探討技術層面,且多由科技業者角度切入探討,故本研究著重剖析應用層面,針對推動「智慧家庭前裝市場」合作之系統整合商、建商、室內設計業者、家電業者、專家等人進行訪談,釐清發展智慧家庭產業所遭遇之困境,並進一步提出解決方案。 本論文為質性研究,採用深度訪談之半結構訪談方式,對目前推動智慧家庭前裝市場之相關從業人員進行訪談,依據從業性質之差異訂定不同的訪談題目,據訪談結果進行逐字稿分析,並以態勢分析法(SWOT)歸結出台灣智慧家庭產業的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅等因素,再使用策略矩陣法(TOWS),提出精進策略、改善策略、緩衝策略、轉型策略等四大方針,提供目前智慧家庭系統商整合商、建商、室內設計、家電業、公部門作後續改善智慧家庭經營策略,並可以此制定政策、產品定位及推廣策略,成為往後推廣智慧家庭之堅實基礎。

The development of the "smart home" industry is a shared enterprise among governments and technological establishments that aim to recreate the living space on a smart technology-oriented trajectory. Also, there is a common expectation worldwide that developing the smart home industry can bring about significant improvements to the quality of everyday life. This research surveys relevant literature and takes into account case studies of smart home projects in the United States, Europe, China, Japan, and Korea, to serve as the basis for developing the Taiwanese smart home industry. In leading Asian countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Tand Taiwan, technological enterprises generally work with systems providers and construction companies in a concerted push to develop the smart home industry. Current research on the smart home industry tends to be focused on technical aspects, and more often from the perspective of technological enterprises. This research places emphasis on the applicational aspect, using interviews targeting systems providers, construction companies, interior design agencies, home appliance suppliers, and other experts to clarify the smart home industry's current challenges and recommend appropriate solutions. This research adopted a qualitative approach, using the in-depth interview method to conduct semi-structured interview sessions with service providers in the original equipment (OE) market associated with the smart home industry. Different interview questions were generated by taking into account vocational disparities. The transcripts of the interviews were produced and further parsed via SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Taiwanese smart home industry. Subsequent use of the TOWS matrix identified four general principles that guide the refinement strategy, optimization strategy, buffer strategy, and transition strategy of current systems providers, integration solutions providers, construction businesses, interior design establishments, home appliance businesses, and the public sector. Subsequent improvements in the smart home industry's operational strategies were then recommended to guide policy formulation, product positioning, and promotional strategies, forming a more substantial basis for the long-term development of the smart home industry.
