雷射長距切割技術探討與應用

Discussion and Application of Laser Remote Cutting Technology

摘要


雷射製造具備效率高、品質優良、加工範圍廣、加工細緻、高度自動化等優點,可解決傳統加工製程無法解決的難題,甚至改變製程工序促使產業製程的改變。應用於薄鈑金屬加工方面,因應許多產業往輕薄短小方向發展而日顯重要,薄化金屬的用量也隨之大幅上升,在追求產能最大化及產品品質最佳化的前提下,薄鈑金屬的加工與應用成為近年熱門議題。本文將針對雷射長距切割技術進行介紹,說明長距切割技術原理、切割理論分析、製程模擬研究成果,並針對長距切割製程優勢及其應用作說明。

Laser machining technology has many advantages, such as high efficiency, good quality, widely machining area, precise machining, and highly automation. It has a potential for solving difficult problems in traditional machining process, even to change the process procedure of traditional machining. The demand for machining thin metal sheet is growing and the machining technology is getting more important for many industrial applications. In the premises of raising the manufacturing capacity to maximum and optimizing product quality, the machining and application of thin metal sheet has become a popular researching topic. This paper introduces the remote laser cutting technology, including the remote cutting mechanism, theory analysis, process simulation, and descriptions of advantages and applications.
