工業4.0之資產數位化資訊管理軟體技術

Information Management Software Technology for Asset Digitalization in Industrial 4.0 Application

摘要

工業4.0（英：Industry4.0、德：Industrie4.0，縮寫:I4.0）是指當前製造工業的數字化趨勢和相關自動化，主要欲建立人、機器、資源、數據互聯互通的CPS網絡化製造生產價值鏈。德國針對工業4.0的技術實現，提出了I4.0參考架構模型（Reference Architecture Model for Industrie4.0, RAMI4.0）架構、資產管理殼（Asset Administration Shell, AAS）概念與資產資訊模型（Information Model）技術進行資產（Asset）數據數位化與功能管控，導入以上技術，可達成資產間自主交握互動協調與互操作性要求，進而提高製造業的靈活性，節省大量的時間和成本。本文針對RAMI4.0與AAS資產管理軟體架構、設備資訊模型技術等，進行介紹與導入策略說明。

Industry 4.0 ( I4.0) is a name given to current trends toward automation, digitalization, modularization, and standardization which intend to build a Cyber-Physical System for human, machines, resources, and data. Germany introduced the concepts of Reference Architecture Model Industrie 4.0 (RAMI4.0), Asset Administration Shell (AAS), and Information Model to fulfill I4.0 technology implementation requirements. Higher flexibility and interoperability in manufacturing can be achieved to improve efficiency and to reduce cost through the implementation of the idea of Industry 4.0. This article introduces basic concepts of RAMI4.0, AAS, asset information model, and the implementation strategies.
