工業4.0背景下訂單實踐流程的資料需求分析

摘要


隨著資訊技術與硬體科技大幅度的進步,德國於2013年提出工業4.0的概念,又稱為第四次工業革命,其中以物聯網及虛實整合技術為主要發展核心,欲讓工業生產從現今的「資訊化」走向「智慧化」。然而,許多關於工業4.0的研究,主要討論新技術帶來的革新及未來工業扮演的角色,較側重於策略意涵與藍圖發展,鮮少有研究具體的說明如何引導企業從3.0走向4.0。本研究欲探討在工業4.0的背景下,物聯網產生的大量生產數據中,企業應該收集及分析哪些關鍵資料。本研究使用系統分析,由上而下的發展訂單實踐的流程,再利用流程圖發展出企業從接單到出貨需要的關鍵流程,分別是排程、採購原物料、生產、檢測品質及運送產品,從而分析每個關鍵流程需要面臨的關鍵決策,繼續向下發展出決策背後需要的資訊,再根據研究結果整理出最後的資料需求,為生產流程中可幫助決策的資料。最終,本研究提供企業優化決策的資料需求認知,協助企業發展工業4.0,使其能真正的應用商業智慧,落實真正的智慧化。

With great advancement of information technology and hardware devices, Germany proposed a concept of industrie 4.0 which is commonly referred to as the fourth industrial revolution. Internet of Thing and Cyber-Physical System, core technologies of Industrie 4.0, help industries become smart and intelligence from stage of Informatization. However, there are a lot of literature of industrie 4.0 mainly discussing technical innovation and what the characteristics of industries would be in the future. There is few study focusing on how to transform a company from industrie 3.0 to 4.0, specifically. Therefore, this paper intends to understand what kinds of key data that a company need to collect and analysis. This paper employed structure analysis and top-down analysis techniques to construct an order fulfillment process. The key processes for the order fulfilment were analyzed. Thus, information needs, and data requirements were obtained for every decision point. Data requirements could be used to optimize decisions. Eventually, smart production becomes possible.
