工業4.0是以整合商業流程與提升企業的價值鏈為目標,常見架構包括設備之間的互連,強調電腦運算、感測器與致動裝置的統合,目前這些架構在全球資訊網(Web)的應用仍受到侷限。由於傳統Web主要提供瀏覽而非應用程序的操控,不利於電腦再利用Web資源,全球資訊網聯盟(W3C)為此發展語意網概念(Semantic Web),即所謂的Web 3.0。多年來,W3C已建立一系列規範和標準,目標即為解決資源的互操作性和智能化。隨著德國工業4.0參考架構(RAMI4.0)下資產管理殼(AAS)概念的提出,語意技術的導入成為AAS實現工具之一。因此,為加速工業4.0與Web資源的結合應用,利用語意網技術可降低障礙達到整合目標。
Industry 4.0 aims to integrate business processes and enhance a firm's value chain. Common architectures include interconnections between devices, emphasizing the integration of computer operations, sensors and actuators. These architectures are currently limited in use on the Web resources. Since the traditional Web mainly provides browsing rather than application operation, it is not conducive to the reuse of computer resources. Therefore, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has developed the Semantic Web technology, or socalled Web 3.0. Over the years, W3C has established relevant specifications and standards to address intelligence and interoperable on Web resources. The concept of Asset Administrative Shell was devised to fulfil the requirement of Germany Industrie 4.0. The semantic web technologies enable implementation of AAS in industry. Therefore, in order to reduce the barriers to the use of Web resources in Industry 4.0, the use of Semantic Web technology can accelerate the goal of integration.
