智慧型振動感測器簡介及應用

Intelligent Vibration Sensor and Its Applications

摘要


得益於微機電感測元件及高效邊緣運算處理器的不斷發展及成本下降,針對機械設備的維護工作已具備從傳統的耗損後維護、預防維護/定期維護等模式順利演進至狀態式維護、乃至預測維護機制之條件。為提升業界對相關硬體技術發展的認知及對後續軟硬整合開發的瞭解,本文以工研院機械所所開發之智慧型振動感測器為例,簡介硬體評估選用與整合、訊號處理流程、測試驗證等關鍵開發工作,以期協助讀者得以瞭解如何以低成本感測、機邊自動分析診斷等功能,促進設備資產的狀態管理與維護效率。

Thanks to the sensor miniaturization and efficient edge computing, the maintenance of mechanical equipment can now successfully evolved from conventional run-to-failure and time-based preventative maintenance to condition-based maintenance or even predictive maintenance. This article takes the intelligent vibration sensor developed by ITRI as an example to interpret key issues such as hardware selection and integration, signal processing, and system verification. It is expected that the readers can therefore get an in-depth understanding of how the integrated sensing, analysis, and diagnosis solution can help on improving the efficiency of machinery prognosis and health management.
