機台設備原生智慧化趨勢探討

摘要

隨著智慧製造的發展，機台設備智慧化已經是大趨勢。但單純外掛機上盒的智慧化方式，終究有所侷限。未來在機台設計之初，就能把智慧化納入設計規範中，形成原生智慧化的智慧機械，由下而上與由上而下的智慧製造，上下合力，可以創造出更大的價值。而關鍵技術就在於IT+OT深度融合，透過全方位數據與創新應用，以工業機理與數學模型，搭配管理機制，讓製造業企業得以隨時適切因應內外部的快速變動，永遠保持在當下最優化，以此達到企業數位優化，進而加速企業數位化轉型。

With the development of Intelligent Manufacturing, Smart Machinery becomes a major trend. However, the method of simply attaching the Smart Machine Box to the machine has its limitations. In the future, at the beginning of machine design, intelligence must be incorporated into the design specifications to produce native intelligent machinery. Smart Machinery and Intelligent Manufacturing will cooperate to create greater value. The key technology lies in the deep integration of IT and OT. With the development of comprehensive data integration and innovative applications, the improvement of industrial mechanisms, mathematical models and management mechanisms, the manufacturing industry can rapidly respond to internal and external changes. Thus, companies can always stay optimized at the moment.
