學齡前幼兒睡眠、運動能力及日常生活職能之研究

A Study on Sleep, Exercise Ability and Daily Life Functions of Preschool Children

摘要


本研究主要探討學齡前幼兒睡眠、運動能力及日常生活職能之關係,研究對象為臺灣中部地區就讀幼兒園之學齡前幼兒,採取分層隨機取樣抽取臺中市、彰化縣及南投縣等幼兒園幼童共429名,並在獲得正式研究參與者及其主要照顧者自願同意下進行本研究。研究工具包含幼兒睡眠調查表、幼兒日常生活職能量表,並以儀器測量幼兒運動能力。研究結果顯示:一、幼兒睡眠時數平均9.16小時,平均1.69項睡眠困擾,平均睡眠中斷0.98次,睡眠時數越高,睡眠問題越少,幼兒運動能力則越佳。二、睡眠高於10小時的幼兒,其運動能力高於睡眠低於10小時的幼兒。三、徑路分析顯示幼兒睡眠時數與睡眠問題對運動能力具有顯著預測力,運動能力對日常生活職能亦具有顯著預測力。

This study was to explore the relationship between preschool children's sleep, exercise abilities, and daily life functions. A stratified random sampling was used to select 429 child from kindergartens in Taichung City, Changhua County, and Nantou County. The research tools included infant sleep questionnaire, infant daily life function scale, and used instruments to measure children's exercise ability. The results of the study showed: (1) The average sleep hours of children was 9.16 hours, the average sleep disturbance was 1.69, and the average sleep interruption was 0.98. The higher the sleep hours, the fewer sleep problems and the better the children's exercise ability. (2) Children who sleep more than 10 hours had higher exercise capacity than those who sleep less than 10 hours. (3) Path analysis showed that children's sleep hours and problems had significant effects on exercise ability and exercise ability on daily life functions.
