基於物聯網技術之居家照護系統及服務

摘要


智慧家庭是物聯網情境中最為熱門的研究主題之一。我們認為物聯網技術與家庭場域的結合,能為家中許多裝置形成之區域網路所衍伸的議題提供解決方案。本文提出一個基於物聯網技術所建構的智慧家庭網路系統架構。此架構由家庭照護的情境來實現,範圍含括由物聯網前端的資料收集至後端網路的資料處理,同時位在前後端兩端之間的閘道器則扮演重要的橋梁角色,本文提出一個完整功能的家庭閘道器之設計,在中介軟體平台上整合不同的應用,以應對單一家庭閘道器服務多台家庭裝置的情境。因此,前端傳感器設備所蒐集到的多筆資料數據,藉由無線介面傳輸至閘道器,進行資料的整合及決策處理,最終透過網際網路介面與服務將資料上載於後端的伺服器並進行資料管理及應用;反之,裝置及資料管理的指令則由閘道器發起至任何指定的前端裝置,執行去標準化資料處理的運作。最後,我們實際落實提出的架構,並呈現幾項關於家庭照護的應用。

Among many scenarios in IoT systems and services, "smart home" is one of the most popular themes. Considering the idea of the IoT technology associated with the concept of smart home, this will address many novel applications while a variety of devices are inter-connected on a local area network inside a residential environment. In this paper, we propose a smart home network architecture based on the IoT technology. This architecture is applied on IoT based home care scenarios, including the functional scope of data collection from many front-end devices to data processing in a back-end server. Since a gateway plays a essential role between front-end and back-end devices, we design a comprehensive functional home gateway (CFHG), so that one home gateway can serve multiple devices and integrate all of them with different applications on a middleware platform. Therefore, tremendous data collected from front-end devices are transmitted to gateways which process data integration and operations according to specific strategies. Then, the data from a gateway will be stored and applied in a web server through web services and APIs. Vice versa, a gateway is capable of offering instructions and device management to any assigned devices in front-end areas. Finally, we develop a proof-of-concept implementation according to our proposed architecture and present some home-care applications in this context.
