TWAREN網路應用－以大學甄選入學系統為例

摘要

大學甄選入學委員會對於個人申請招生管道推行書面審查電子化作業，此服務乃提供給全國考生、高中及大專院校使用，為全國性的業務。本文說明服務之系統架構、網路架構、頻寬需求、作業規劃、備援機制等各面向之規劃。為求以達成快速且穩定之服務提供，102年度小規模試辦兩點分流機制，103年度則全面實施，採三點分流機制，由台灣大學、台中國網中心及中正大學分別是提供北中南考生服務，104年度後則改採系統異地備援、資料異地備份機制。各種架構之設計為確保服務之穩定性與資料安全性。在TANet 與TWAREN優良的網路品質服務下，線上書審作業得以提供優良之服務，讓所有使用者感到滿意。

The College Admissions Committee developed and deployed the online enrollment system for individual college entrance applications. The system provides the documentary review service for all of the examinees, the senior high schools, and the colleges in Taiwan. This paper illustrated the system architecture, the network infrastructure, the bandwidth requirement, the measures of operations, and the backup mechanism. In order to provide the high-speed and stable service, we tried out the shunt mechanism of two points for the small-scale users in 2013. Then, the shunt mechanism of three points was carried out in full scale operation in 2014. The National Taiwan University provided the service for the northern examinees. The National Center for High-performance Computing provided the service for central examinees. The National Chung Cheng University provided the service for the southern examinees. We changed the structure of the service in 2015 by deploying the offsite backup of the system and data. The design goal is to make sure the stable service and data security. Over the high-quality network of TANet and TWAREN, the online enrollment system for the entrance applications can provide the excellent service and fulfill the users' requirements.
