創新智慧零售之全通路應用-以良興3C零售業為例

摘要


智慧零售之服務是為提供更好的客戶服務為目標,以顧客出發為導向,讓顧客覺得更為方便以採購自己所需要的商品。本研究以台灣境內一家3C電子零售業為例,探討智慧零售創新的應用解決方案。個案公司在實體店面採用機械人服務、人流統計系統,成功吸引顧客上門,並整合顧客人流,做為後續人力服務之分佈和推廣之用途相當成功。在虛擬網路方面除資訊系統整合之外,另建置了實時行銷資訊系統,以快速回應顧客,有效推薦商品,刺激消費者購買。本研究在個案描述之外,亦採用統一商業模式來進行案例之探討。藉學理分析業者建置智慧零售之成功要素,應有於後續讀者之決策依據。

Smart retailing has become immensely popular because of its ability to let retails work easier. However, smart retailing is not without risks. Although smart retailing provides information technology tools that they need to run core business applications in the business process. It still challenges for retail industries. There is a need for the retailing industries to review these solutions to determine whether they are feasible and advantageous. This case study investigates the 3C retail (Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronic) for the implementation of smart retailing in a practical setting in Taiwan. The findings and lessons learned will benefit other analysts implementing smart retailing and undertaking e-business research.
