聚乳酸熔融堆積成形之成形板研製以及最適成形參數研究

摘要


於目前在熔融堆積成形系統之使用經驗,成形板為光滑玻璃,於製作原形件前必須塗口紅膠,缺點為口紅膠塗佈厚度不均勻以及增加製程費用,加上所製作完成之原形件也必須利用鏟刀將製作完成之原形件取下。為了解決上述問題,本研究提出一種創新式3D列印成形板,此成形板係由投影片與矽膠薄片所組成,此成形板可以重覆使用以及在不需使用鏟刀,即可以將原形件從成形板上面取下,此成形板具備產業利用性與工業實用價值。此外,本研究亦針對聚乳酸熔融堆積成形之最適成形參數進行研究。

According to experiences in the use of a FDM system, applying glue stick in the smooth glass is necessary. The disadvantages include uneven thickness of glue stick and increase in the cost of the production process. A shovel is needed to remove the physical models from build platform. In order to solve these drawbacks, an innovative build platform was developed for fused deposition modeling. This build platform is composed of a transparency film and a silicone rubber sheet that can be used for modeling repeatedly. In addition, physical models fabricated can be removed easily from the developed build platform. The developed build platform provides the greatest application potential in the industry. In addition, the optimum process parameters for modeling using polylactic acid filament were also investigated.
