友善運動環境對身體素養提升之初探

A Preliminary Study on Improvement of Physical Literacy in a Sport-friendly Environment

摘要


本研究目的是透過友善的校園運動環境,探討對學生身體素養提升的影響。藉由改善校園友善運動環境的實施策略,協助SH150計畫的推動,藉由增加校園友善的運動環境與設施,期望提升學生的身體素養。研究方法採用行動研究法進行,研究對象為臺北市某國中普通班學生共294人,以量化的紀錄方式蒐集資料,並以質性訪談方式輔助驗證,最後將內容彙整分析及歸納。研究結果發現:一、透過友善的校園運動環境,學生能養成自主規律的運動習慣,達到每週運動至少150分鐘以上之學生人數增加。二、培養本校學生養成終身規律運動習慣,每週能自主規律運動的人口比例提升。三、學生體適能檢測,整體通過比率提升。四、身體素養的提升給予正向的肯定。研究結論將可做為未來學校提升學生身體素養之參考。

This study aims at exploring the influence of students' physical literacy through practicing friendly school setting. Through improving the measures of practicing friendly school setting, the researchers assist the promotion of SH150 Project/Plan. And meanwhile the researchers hope to level up students' physical literacy through increasing friendly exercise environment and facilities in campus. Research method is action research while the subjects are some 294 students of a junior school in Taipei City. Quantitative method is adopted to collect the data, while qualitative interview method is adopted as an assistive verification. Finally, the above data is analyzed and included. The research shows, 1. Through friendly campus exercise environment, students are be able to spontaneously make taking exercise regularly a lifetime habit, which may help increase the number of students who take exercise at least 150 minutes a week nationwide. 2. Students spontaneously take regular exercise as a lifelong habit, the number of the population who regularly take exercise increases. 3. The result of physical fitness test shows an increase of test takers' pass rate. 4. Positive elevation of physical literacy. Result of this study will be adopted as a reference for the elevation of students' physical literacy.
