健康體適能概念及測驗評量辦法探討
A Study on the Concept of Health-Related Physical Fitness and the Evaluation Tests of Physical Fitness

This essay explores the concept of health-related physical fitness and the standards established by the Ministry of Education. Through discussions of the concept and definition of physical fitness and health-related physical fitness, and the evaluation tests of protection-related physical fitness and mobility-related physical fitness set up by the Ministry of Education, it proposes suggestions for the implementation of such evaluations. The goal of this report is to explain the concept of health and fitness, and then extend it into an examination of actual development initiatives in order to facilitate the enhancement of national fitness in the future.
