芳香療法在近幾年於較開發國家,已掀起一股自然醫學朝聖,由於方便使用,且功效諸多,能廣泛運用,如:美容SPA館、醫學、改善空氣品質、身心情緒及身體的疾病症狀,隨著社會與科技的進步,國民的生活水準和品質相對提高,生活於極度緊張的社會環境,在個人壓力方面,心理上易產生焦躁易怒、情緒低落、失眠及焦慮;生理上,會出現頭痛、胃痛、高血壓及等不適徵狀。本研究藉由薰衣草精油經嗅吸法與嗅吸加按摩法,對五名受測者進行壓力舒緩檢測,透過舒適燈光造景氛圍並搭配大自然音樂,使用12滴薰衣草精油加入25 ml基礎油調製成2.5%濃度的複方精油與按摩手技,達到身心放鬆效果,以20分鐘嗅吸法與嗅吸加上按摩法,兩種方式做實驗前、後測試,使用身心能量分析儀HRV(Heart Rate Variability)進行每週1次的檢測,記錄在使用芳香嗅吸及按摩法前後心率變異數值分析薰衣草精油對壓力舒緩成效反應。從心率變異數值得知壓力指數,藉此讓民眾能正確使用芳香療法,將疲累及充滿壓力的身體,得以有效舒緩壓力重新達到身、心、靈的平衡。
Aromatherapy arouses a great attention in many developed countries. Based on its convenience and efficiency, it can be used widely, such as beauty SPA, medical treatment, improving air quality, physical and mental illness. Due to the improvement of technology, people improve their lives as well. When we live in a stressful environment, we easily become anxious, angry, depressed, insomnia. In addition, we also have some physical problems, for example, headache, stomachache, high pressure etc. This study examined five subjects' pressure relaxation status through aroma absorbing and massage with lavender essential oil. Using comfortable light and enjoyable atmosphere with natural music, the study adopted massage skills and compound essential oil which was formulated from 12 drops of lavender essential oil and 25ml basic oil to reach physical and mental relaxation. In 20-minute aroma absorbing and massage, the subjects were investigated with HRV (Heart Rate Variability) weekly to record heart rate variability analysis before and after the use of aroma absorbing and massage. The stress index form HRV can help people use aroma therapy appropriately. Using aromatherapy can relax our stressful body and reach physical, mind, and soul balance and comfort our body efficiently.
