以黃酮結構探討藍花楹抗氧化活性

A Study of the Structural Analysis on Antioxidant Properties of Flavonoids Extracted from Jacaranda Acutifolia

摘要


為探討藍花楹萃取物作為抗氧化化妝品的可行性,本研究先以藍花楹花部丙酮萃取物進行抗氧化活性評估,經實驗結果顯示其萃取物乙酸乙酯層具有最明顯的清除DPPH自由基與螯合亞鐵的能力。本研究續將上述乙酸乙酯層與正丁醇層進行活性導向成分分離與鑑定,獲得五種黃酮化合物,進一步比較黃酮化合物之結構與抗氧化活性間的關係。實驗結果顯示此五種黃酮化合物清除DPPH自由基IC_(50)值範圍介於0.18至0.82mg/mL之間。

To evaluate the feasibility of using Jacaranda acutifolia extract as an antioxidant ingredient for cosmetics, a series of antioxidant activity assays were performed on the acetone extracts from its flower. The results indicated that the ethyl acetate soluble fraction (JAFE) of Jacaranda acutifolia flower extracts exhibited the highest DPPH radical scavenging and ferric ion reducing activities. The ethyl acetate soluble fraction (JAFE) and butyl alcohol soluble fraction (JAFB) of the extracts were further separated for constituent identification, and five flavonoid compounds were obtained. The structural related antioxidant properties of above flavonoid compounds were examined. Test results revealed that IC_(50) values of DPPH free radical scavenging capability for these five compounds were ranged from 0.18 to 0.82 mg/mL.
