科技大學電資系科產業導向校外實習課程核心能力之研究

A Research on the Core Competencies of Industry-Oriented Off-Campus Internship Curriculums on Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences in University of Technology

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討科技大學電資系科產業導向校外實習課程欲培養之核心能力。本研究首先經由國內外有關校外實習文獻分析的結果，建立初步校外實習課程之核心能力目錄，再透過焦點團體訪談邀請5位產業代表及5位學術專家，共10位專家學者進行檢視與修正其核心能力目錄。研究結果指出科技大學電資系科產業導向校外實習的核心能力有一般能力與專業能力兩大類，其中，一般能核心能力包括：有效溝通的能力、團隊合作的能力、組織工作任務的能力、持續學習的能力、專業外語溝通的能力、察覺工程技術對環境影響的能力、瞭解產業現況與發展趨勢、瞭解實習機構的運作模式概況、瞭解實習機構的營運概況、職涯規劃的能力、具備良好的工作態度、具備職場倫理的觀念、具備認真負責的態度、瞭解行規（該領域的技術規範）等共14項一般能力；而專業核心能力則包括：具備電學基本概念、基本工具使用、儀器及相關設備操作的能力、資訊技術應用的能力、電子技術應用的能力、基礎光學知識應用的能力、簡報工作成果的能力、具備資訊安全概念、具備職場工作安全概念等共19項專業能力。最後依據研究結果作為科技大學電資相關系所校外實習課程設計之參考依據，以培育出符合我國產業所需之電資技術人才。

The purpose of this study was to explore the core competencies of industry-oriented off-campus internship on departments of electrical engineering and computer sciences in university of technology. First, through the explored the related literature of internship and analysis results to set up an initial catalog of core competencies directory. Second, through Focus Group Interviews (FGI), this study invited five from industry experts and five from academic experts, a total of ten industry-academia experts to revise the core competencies directory. The results of the research indicate that the core competencies of industry-oriented off-campus internship on departments of electrical engineering and computer sciences in university of technology have general ability and professional ability. The general ability of core competencies includes: ability to communicate effectively, ability to cooperate in teams, ability to organize tasks, ability to continue learning, ability to communicate in specialized foreign languages, ability to perceive the impact of engineering and technology on the environment, understanding of industry status and development trends, understand the operating agency practice, career planning ability, have a good working attitude, have the concept of workplace ethics, have a serious and responsible attitude, understanding of the work rules, a total of fourteen items. The core competencies in the professional skills include: possess the basic concepts of electrical engineering, the use of basic tools, ability to operate equipment and related equipment, ability to use information technology, ability to use electronic technology, ability to apply basic optical knowledge, ability to present results of work, the concept of information security, work safety concept, a total of nineteen items. Finally, according to the results of the study as a reference for the design of off-campus internship curriculum at the departments of electrical engineering and computer sciences in university of technology, cultivate the technical personnel required by the industry in our country.
