典範科技大學電資領域系科校外實習課程之實施現況及其所欲培養之核心能力

Core Competencies of Off-Campus Internship Courses and Their Goals in Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) of the Model University of Science and Technology in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解典範科技大學的電資領域系科開設校外實習課程所培養之核心能力與電資領域產業期望學生在進入該領域之職場時須具備的核心能力。藉此瞭解學校與產學專家認為學生參與校外實習時課程該培養的核心能力的差異。本研究首先採用內容分析法,運用教育部全國技專校院課程資源網提供的網路資料統整各典範科大電資領域之系科開設校外實習課程所欲培養的核心能力,接著以焦點團體法,召開產學專家座談會議,會中邀請5位實務的業界代表(包括董事長、總經理、經理以及協理等)及5位熟悉產業的科技大學電資領域教授(涵蓋電機、電子、光電、資工等領域),共10位專家學者參與,進行學生參與校外實習時課程應培養的核心能力進行聚焦、深度的對話討論。本研究根據研究結果,獲致以下結論:(1)學校的校外實習課程培養的核心能力與產學專家對於專業領域之基本知識、技術與操作(基礎科學應用能力、基本工具使用等等)皆相當重視;(2)學校的校外實習課程培養的核心能力較重視學生外顯的實務能力培養;(3)產學專家較重視學生內隱的個人態度能力培養。最後,根據研究結果提出結論與建議,以提供學校能配合配合產業界(企業)所需,改善校外實習課程教學方向之參考。

This research to understand about the core competencies of off-campus internship on electrical engineering field in model university of science and technology of science and technology students and the companies in electric field expect students need to set up core competencies when they into this field. To understand the school's off-campus internship program cultivation of core competencies and industry-academia experts that students participate in off-campus internships should develop the core competencies and make a difference analysis. In this study uses content analysis to organize the core competencies materials from Ministry of Education’s national technical school curriculum resources network. Then used the focus group interview, held a forum for industry-academia experts, and the sample was selected from electrical and electronic engineering fields. In which, five professionals from academia (Including chairman or general manager, manager and associate),five from industry(Including electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electro-optical engineering and computer science and information engineering) a total of ten industry-academia experts were contacts as interviewee. Conduct a series of core competencies discussed by industry-academia experts on the training of students as they engage in off-campus internships. According to this study, conclusions compiled are as follows: (1) School's off-campus internship program cultivation of core competencies and industry-academia experts attach great importance to the basic knowledge, technology and operation in the field of specialization (basic scientific application ability, use of basic tools, etc.);(2) School's off-campus internship program cultivation of core competencies attach more importance on students to the cultivation of explicit substantive skills;(3) Industry-academia experts attach more importance on students to the explicit personal attitude and ability training. Finally, based on the findings, conclusions and recommendations were made to provide a reference for schools to improve the teaching orientation of off-campus internships in line with the needs of industries (enterprises).
