導入ACG型雲端ERP系統之關鍵因素

為了評估ACG型ERP系統在台灣導入的可行性，本研究以機械業為調查對象，試圖探究台灣中小型機械業導入ACG型ERP系統的關鍵因素。作者以科技接受模型為基礎理論，應用NABC方法論，發展調查問卷。透過在機械業者經常造訪之臉書社團發放網路問卷。回收的問卷採用因素分析法配合主成份分析，總共萃取出三個關鍵因素：需求符合，滿意度及系統彈性度，為機械業者考量導入ACG型ERP系統的關鍵因素。作者進一步分析回覆問卷的意見分佈，以科技接受模型預測機械業者對於ACG型ERP系統的接受程度。調查結果顯示，機械業者對於ACG型ERP系統的接受度有68.55%。本研究之研究方法及成果，可作為一套新軟體在評估進入一個陌生市場時重要的參考依據。

The purpose of the research was to explore the critical factors of adopting an automatic code generated enterprise resource planning system by the companies in the machinery industry in Taiwan. The author employed the Technology Acceptance Model as the research’s fundamental theory, applied the NABC methodology to develop the questionnaire. The questionnaire was released to multiple social groups on Facebook, which were frequently visited by the machinery professionals. The collected responses were analyzed through Factor Analysis with the Principal Components method. Three factors were extracted, namely: Fitness to demand, Satisfaction, and System flexibility. The researcher concluded these three factors were the critical factors in adopting an ACG ERP system by the companies in question. The researcher further predicted the degree of acceptance by examining the distribution of opinions from the responding questionnaires. The results showed that 68.55% of the samples leaned to the acceptance of the ACG ERP system. The research method and results served as a valuable reference as a software system seeks its opportunity in an unfamiliar market.
