高中(職)擴大免試入學方案目標達成情形意見調查研究

A Study of the Efficacy of Expanding Non-exam-based Admission to Senior Secondary and Vocational High Schools

摘要


本研究採調查研究法,分析比較相關社群對多元入學不同升學管道達成目標的滿意度,發現擴大免試入學相對於其他入學管道,是最能達成方案多項方案目標的入學方式,並進一步分析不同社群對擴大免試入學之看法差異。本項調查由研究者設計問卷,採立意取樣,樣本共分成4大社群,包括全國高中職教職員、國中教職員、高中職一年級學生及高中職學生家長。研究者依據文獻分析,歸納12項實施目標,用以詢問受試者的看法,經過卡方及列聯分析後,發現4個社群對擴大免試入學比其他入學管道更能有效達成多項目標的看法相當一致。研究者進一步以F檢定分析不同區域之相關社群對目標達成的看法差異,發現各社群對目標達成的看法不因學校所處區域不同而有差異,也就是不同區域各社群對擴大免試入學達成多項目標的看法一致。最後本文對教育行政機關提出多項實施免試入學建議。

In order to investigate the effectiveness of the Enlargement of Open Admission Program and trace the result after the launch of this program, the study employed the survey research approach by distributing questionnaires nationwide. This study was conducted with stratified random sampling and the samples were divided into 4 groups: educational employees in senior high schools, educational employees in junior high schools, parents of senior high school students, and senior high school freshmen. Twelve objectives embedded in the program were retrieved and developed as interview questions for test-takers and were afterwards analyzed by Chi-square test and contingency table analysis. The results indicated that 4 groups displayed consistent perceptions towards the enlargement of the program. The research was then continued to analyze the discrepancies among different groups and concluded with suggestions for educational administration.
