應用Kano二維品質模式於華語數位教學平台建置策略之研究

A Study of the Establishment of Chinese Digital Teaching Platform via Two Dimensional Quality Model

摘要


現今科技發達,網路技術無遠弗屆,因此,教學也展開了全新的變革。傳統的教學方式式微,代之而起的是數位學習盛行。以華語教學而言,也隨此趨勢做出因應與改變之策。因此,絕大部分從事華語教學者均會運用數位多媒體教學,多所華語教學系所或單位,建置有數位學習平台。以往,此平台的建置,多由老師個人為之,並未了解學生的意見。值此高等教育的重點轉為以「學生」為中心之際,學生的意見更受重視。故本研究導入品質觀念,利用Kano二維品質模式深入探討學習者的心理層面,目的在於發展出華語數位教學平台建置策略的模式,期使平台更符合學生的需求,進而提升其學習效果。研究結果顯示:共有12項學生需求要素可作為華語數位教學平台建置的重要策略,此種策略建構之模式,可供教師自行運用。

The science and technology is developed. Network technology is around everywhere in the world. So teaching also launched a brand new change. Traditional way of teaching is declining and digital learning is more prevalence. Chinese language teaching has also made a change in response to this trend. So vast majority of persons engaged in Chinese language teaching are teaching via digital multimedia. Several academic departments or units have established the platform of digital learning. In the past, Chinese digital teaching platform was built by the teacher oneself, not individual to understand students' requirements. Now students are the centered in higher education. Their comments must be taken for references. In this study, the quality concept is employed and we apply Kano's two dimensional quality model to delve into human psychology to understand the students' requirements and develop a setup strategy of Chinese digital teaching platform. It can achieve the students demand and promote their learning effect.
