數位網路學習平台應用整合TTQS規範與Kano於研發新平台功能之研究

本研究希望了解企業對於數位網路學習平台產品的需求與重視的功能項目；藉由整合TTQS規範及Kano技術方法來建立以企業期望符合TTQS規範爲產品因素基礎的需求功能要素，來進行數位網路學習平台產品的研發設計。新產品的開發工作，必需要考慮將企業希望導入線上學習與TTQS融入產品的定位設計，以建立系統化的方式對新產品的開發功能設計與定位做整體性之規劃。其結果發現，企業重視的功能項目是學員完整學習狀況、人力資源發展與訓練規劃內容、訓練政策及訓練承諾、員工訓練證明及報表、內外訓師資及教材等功能的提供而且依據TTQS規範所設定之功能，大部分結果也都落在當然品質要素(Must-be Quality Element)的範圍內，由此可知本研究：以TTQS規範來開發線上學習平台會被顧客接受但是不會增加顧客滿意度；但若未具備，則會使顧客不滿意。
