摘要


裝修工程管理的目的在於管理施作進度、降低施工成本、保障施工安全、提高施工品質。各工種的施工作業模式對於進度控管、施工安全、施工品質有著重大影響,視現場條件選擇合適之作業模式,可有效縮短作業時間;合理安排現場施工人數,可保護已完工品質不受破壞,保障現場施工人員安全。本研究旨在就室內裝修工程施作各項作業之順序以及作業方法,探討工程施作之作業模式及影響作業模式選擇之因素。選擇具代表性之十二項工程種類:泥作、電氣與弱電、木作、油漆(塗裝)、裝潢、金屬(鐵件)、玻璃、給排水、石材、空調、照明燈具、輕隔間,藉由相關書籍及期刊文獻進行探討,並透過工地個案現場調查後檢討彙整。研究發現:安排工種進場時,一般會依需求選擇合適之作業模式,分別為:1.全程現場施作、2.工廠裁切加工、3.工廠粗胚組裝、4.現場多次作業、5.設備預埋安裝五種;而影響作業模式之選擇因素有七,分別為:1.工程預定進度、2.現場作業環境、3.允許施工時間、4.作業加工設備、5.材料加工處理、6.施作項目多寡、7.施工地點遠近。研究提出作業模式的種類與考量因素,當裝修工地為了在預定完工日期交付而如火如荼地趕工作業、或現場施工環境嚴苛或施工經驗不足時,現場監控管理人員可以透過研究發現之作業模式,判斷各項作業屬性理解其作業方式,進而作出合理適宜之安排,將現場施工項目進行有效區分,安排各項工程分頭進行預先作業及交叉施工,以大幅縮短現場等候及作業時間,提高工程施作進度,降低延誤產生之成本,並維持優良之施工品質。

The purpose of the decoration project management is to manage the progress of the project, reduce construction costs, ensure construction safety, and improve construction quality. The construction operation mode of each type of work has a significant influence on the progress control, construction safety, and construction quality. Selecting the appropriate operating mode depending on the site conditions can effectively shorten the operating time, reasonably arrange the number of on-site construction workers, protect the completed work quality from damage and ensure the safety of on-site construction workers. The aim of this study is to examine the sequence of operations performed by the interior decoration project and the operation methods, and to explore the operating mode of the project and the factors that influence the choice of operating mode. Choosing 12 representative project types: mud work, electric and low voltage work, wood work, paint (painting), decoration, metal (iron parts), glass, water supply and drainage, stone, air conditioning, lighting, and dry wall be discussed by reviewing the related books and periodical literature, and an examination was conducted after the on-site investigation of site conditions. The study found that: on arranging the type of work, the appropriate operation mode will be chosen according to their needs, which are: full-time onsite work, factory cut processing, factory coarse-grain assembly, on-site multiple operations, and 5 types of equipment pre-installation. There are 7 factors that affect the operation mode which are project schedule, site operation environment, permissible construction time, operation processing equipment, material processing treatment, projects to implement and the distance of the construction site.
