室內設計在職教育的課程創新實驗:以「需求溝通檢核實務」為例

摘要


「需求溝通」是室內設計前期工作,目的在拉近設計師與業主之間的認知,以取得設計方向與裝修共識。為避免裝修事務繁雜容易疏漏,以條列記錄業主之機能需求及個人喜好的「需求溝通檢核表」應運而生。惟經驗發現,影響品質管理之主要關鍵,除是否使用需求溝通檢核表外,操作者具識人溝通本領、隱性需求挖掘以及裝修預算分析等能力更為主因。以往室內裝修工作者之實務技能與專業知識,多依靠工作經驗累積、體制外之補教課程、主管機關的法規宣導以及產業公會之回流教育,對於實務操作之多元性能力培養顯有不足。因此,亟需建立系統化的在職教育課程提升專業能力。本研究旨在實驗「需求溝通」的在職教育課程設計,研究首先透過文獻回顧與焦點團體法,瞭解從業工作者、施工技術人員與即將就業學生等不同對象之學習需求,輔以「裝修需求溝通檢核表」進行課程設計,再經由開班講授以實證教學驗證課程內容之適用性與學習成效。

Demand with communication is an early work of interior design. The purpose is to narrow the cognitive between the designer and the client for getting the direction of design and the consensus on decoration. In order to avoid that the decoration matters are prone to omissions, and the checklist of the demand with communication comes with the tide of fashion that can be listed the record for the client's necessary function and personal preferences. However, Our experiences would be found that the main key to effect quality management is whether the designer owns the ability for identification communication, finding out the hidden requests, and analyzing the decoration budget, in addition to using the checklist for the demand with communication. However in the past, the practical skills and professional knowledge of interior decoration workers mostly depended on the accumulation of their work experience or non-education courses, as well as the statutory awareness of the competent authorities and the return education from the associations of profession . All above information will be insufficient for multivariate practical working. Therefore, it is imperative to establish one set of systematic in-service education courses. The purpose of this study is to experiment the in-service education courses planning of the demand with communication. Firstly through literature review and focus groups methods, we would realize the different learning needs among designers, workers, and oncoming employment students. So we plan the courses by the checklist for the customer's demand with communication, and then make the empirical teaching of the applicability and effectiveness verified through conducting classes.
