水文資訊檔案之保存管理運用

摘要

水文資訊，除攸關水利工程或者相關重大公共建設之規劃設計之品質外，對於學術研究發展、防災應變處置方面，都佔有非常重要的地位。而水文資訊，除建置水文觀測站及傳輸系統進行蒐集，其後端資料檔案之保存管理以及應用上，亦為重要之環節。檔案是否能妥甚之管理及保存，將會影響資料應用之效率及品質。本文針對水文資料之類型、檔案保存、檔案系統安全管理機制及資料加值運用等方面作一介紹，並探討水文資訊檔案於數位化系統化後，其整合、運用及擴充性等課題。

Not only affecting planning quality of hydraulic engineering and other important public constructions, hydrology information also plays an important part in academic research, disaster preparedness and response. Management of hydrology information involves a series of actions, which begin with constructing observation stations and transmission system. Moreover, preserving information appropriately would influence efficiency and quality of data utilization. This article is to introduce collection, preservation and utilization of hydrology information. In addition, issues regarding the integration, application and extendibility of digital hydrology information management system are included.
