摘要

檔案法施行迄今已逾8年，針對目前執行各項法定審核業務實務運作產生及面臨之問題，亟待檢討改善。本文首先揭櫫我國機關檔案清理制度產生之問題，進而簡述國外檔案清理做法，最後則提出檔案管理局法定審核業務及機關檔案清理問題之具體改進策略，期能整合各項法定審核作業及順遂國家重要施政檔案徵集，並提升機關檔案清理效益。

Notwithstanding Archives Act has been activated for 8 years, however, there are many occurred problems regarding the procedures of records inspection and legitimate review that need to be improved. This article is organized as follows: the first part is to address the problems of government records management. And then the methods of disposition employed in foreign countries will be introduced. Finally, this article proposes an improvement strategy for integrating various legitimate audit operations, so that the important public policies archives could be acquired successfully. In addition, the efficiency of government agency records disposition will be enhanced as expectation.
