論中國大陸地區數字檔案館建設的發展

摘要

數字檔案館建設是檔案信息化建設的核心內容之一。中國大陸地區（以下簡稱大陸地區）的數字檔案館建設歷經了十餘年的發展，成績顯著、成果突出。本文系統地介紹了大陸地區對於數字檔案館的認識、發展歷程及其建設的目標、原則、內容與技術，重點介紹了大陸地區數字檔案館建設的成績，在此基礎上，作者從完善標準體系、融入電子政務建設、提升保障信息安全、推進檔案信息服務、引進先進技術、加強人才培養方面指出了下一階段推進大陸地區數字檔案館建設需要加強的主要方面。

Digital archives development is of the core of archival information construction in our country. Digital archives has achieved remarkable success in mainland China since for years. In this article, the cognition, development, developing goal, principle, main contents and technological support of digital archives development are introduced systematically. In addition, practical achievements are highlighted. On this condition, the author points out the direction of development in the next phase from six aspects that include improvement of the standard system, the e-government development engagement, information security enhancement, the archival information services promotion, advanced technology introducing and professional personnel training.
