社區醫療資訊平台設計與行銷之研究

Community Medical Information Platform Design and Marketing Research

摘要


近年來健保制度實施遭遇的最大問題就是醫療分級制度不能貫徹,形成醫療資源的浪費。主要的原因是民眾對附近診所的醫療品質無法放心,即使是輕症狀也到大醫院就醫。本研究調查,診所的醫生也是來自醫院,但因資訊不對稱,讓病患對診所的醫病品質不放心,而寧願多花錢與時間去醫院就診。本研究為解決上述的問題,利用評估研究法進行研究,設計了社區醫療資訊平台。本平台以App為介面,結合社區診所資訊,並利用大數據分析目標客群,讓患者利用條件篩選適合自己病症的診所就診。希望透過本平台的建置與行銷策略的擬定,徹底達成醫療分級的效果,使看診能成為一件方便且安心的事。

The biggest problem in the implementation of the health insurance system in recent years is that the medical grading system cannot be implemented, resulting in a waste of medical resources. The main reason is that people cannot be assured of the medical quality of nearby clinics. In this research, the doctors in the clinic are also from the hospital. However, due to the asymmetry of information, patients are not assured of the quality of the clinic's treatment, and prefer to spend more money and time to go to the hospital for treatment. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this research used the evaluation research method to conduct research and designed a community medical information platform. This platform uses App as the interface, combines community clinic information, and uses big data to analyze target customer groups, allowing patients to use conditions to screen for clinic visits that suit their symptoms. The study hope through the establishment of this platform and the formulation of marketing strategies, the effect of medical classification can achieved, so that medical consultation can be a convenient and secure task.
