本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)瞭解臺灣幼兒園園長領導相關研究成果與發展徑路,以作為臺灣幼兒園園長領導之展望。研究結果發現:(一)碩士學位以2014年共計12篇為歷史之最,博士學位以2019年共計4篇為數最多﹔(二)採「教育領導特質論」共15篇,「教育領導行為論」共22篇,「教育領導權變論」共2篇,「整合型教育領導理論」共45篇,「功能型教育領導理論」共42篇,其中1篇以整合文獻計量法論述,故未將其納入。本研究依據上述研究成果,提出:(一)針對不同職涯發展階段的個體提供各種領導進修內容﹔(二)持續擴增研究對象與研究議題等二項具體建議,以供主管教育行政機關、學校以及未來研究之參考。
This study conducted literature review to understand the previous results and development path of the research on preschool directors' leadership in Taiwan, providing an outlook on the development of preschool directors' leadership. The research results showed that there were 12 Master's dissertations on this topic in 2014 and 4 PhD theses in 2019, both of which are the highest number over the years. In addition, 15 papers adopted the trait theory, 22 papers employed the behavior theory, 2 papers used the contingency theory, 45 papers applied integrative leadership, and 42 papers adopted functional leadership, with one using bibliometric analysis being excluded from this study. According to the results, this study proposed the following recommendations for education authorities, preschools, and future studies: (1) providing various training courses on leadership for individuals at different career development stages, and (2) continuing to expand the research scope and the range of research participants.
