檔案參考服務－以中研院近史所檔案館為例
Archives Reference Service: A Case Study of the Archives of the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica

The proclamation of the Archives Act recently has accelerated the speed of archives' access. The conception of 〞users concerned〞 is more and more important on archives providing and using. Therefore, archives reference services are flexible, they are adjusted along with environmental changing and technical developments. This article discusses the kinds of reference services individually, and their general situations in domestic archives, foreign archives, and the Archives of the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica.
