With the transformation of education informatization construction and application, campus, as the main practice place of education and teaching, will become the protagonist of the transformation of education informatization. In order to meet the needs of future education and the transition from digital campus to smart campus, a "5+2" construction model of smart campus for future education is proposed in this paper. The model is mainly divided into a five‐layer architecture of physical campus, perception layer, communication layer, data layer, service layer/application layer and the assistant of information security assurance and system operation and maintenance services. In order that realize the intelligent management of campus supervision, teaching, educational administration, teaching and research. Supported by data, it provides a reliable basis for managers' decision‐making, realizes closed‐loop management for teachers' teaching and students' learning, and meets the needs of future education.
