At the beginning of the establishment of small and medium‐sized airlines, due to the small number of aircraft, few routes and the low degree of correlation and coordination between routes, the number of alternate airports is limited. In case of thunderstorm and other bad weather, the crew may need to alternate at the airport without signing the guarantee agreement, which brings the problem of how to dispatch release and operation guarantee at the airport without agreement. Based on an actual case of dispatch release at an airport without agreement, this paper analyzes the matters needing attention in dispatch release and operation coordination. It can provide reference for airline flight dispatchers and improve their operation control ability under special circumstances.
