With the acceleration of economic globalization, the importance of English has become increasingly prominent. After the introduction of the Key Period Hypothesis (KPH) of language acquisition in China, some experts and scholars advocated one simple idea of learning English that is "the sooner the better." In addition to the educational concept of "Chenglong Chengfeng" which means that parents want their children to earn a great success and bright future, the country has set off a trend of pushing pre-school children crazily to learn English by a variety of classes. This thesis intends to use the Affective Filter Hypothesis to analyze the shortcomings of "pre-school English learning", and put forward some suggestions for preschool children's English education.
