With the increasing enrollment scale of professional degree postgraduates at present, the deficiency of practice‐innovation capability of professional degree postgraduates is more and more serious. In this paper, aiming at this problem of postgraduates with electric professional degree, a practice‐training mode for professional degree postgraduates based on scientific research projects is proposed. Teacher of university designs graduation projects and sets up practical courses based on his scientific research projects. Postgraduate tutors are selected through expert evaluation and competition. From participating in scientific research projects, postgraduates can transform the achievements of scientific research projects into the results of discipline competition, which can greatly improve the practice‐innovation capability of professional degree postgraduates.
