Analysis of Popular Cities for Real Estate Purchasing in Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Demographic Changing and Property Market Trending

摘要

China's urbanization strategy has been going on for several years, and recently the seventh census has many new data and changes compared with the sixth census ten years ago. One of the most striking is the huge expansion of the urban population, especially the population of central cities, while the decrease of the population of small towns and rural areas. This is an obvious stimulus to the rigid demand of the real estate market. This article intercepts national statistical data and statistical data from Yunnan Province for analysis. The capital city Kunming's population growth is much greater than that of other cities, and the agglomeration effect of provincial capital cities is extremely obvious. Kunming will become an important real estate hotspot.
