Literature Review: Impact of Senior and Middle Leadership Style on Employee Performance

摘要


The paper explores the effects of three leadership styles, transformational, servant, and paternalistic, on the job performance of middle and senior leaders on general employees. The paper compares the literature on job performance in the three leadership style settings around the world, which has some academic reference value for later scholars to further study leadership styles on employee job performance.
