The Realistic Circumstances and Innovative Paths of Strategic Development of Universities in the New Era

摘要


With the deepening of the connotative development of my country's higher education, strategic management of colleges and universities is facing embarrassing situations such as cognitive deviations in management concepts, insufficient internal motivation, and lack of management capabilities, leading to serious virtual dilemmas in the strategic management of colleges and universities. For this reason, based on the inherent requirements of the connotative development of higher education in the new era for strategic management, Chinese universities urgently need to deeply reflect on the concept and practice of strategic management, correctly understand the strategic management of universities, strengthen the responsibility of university leaders, and improve the strategic management system of universities. To comprehensively improve the strategic management capabilities of colleges and universities, realize the connotative development of higher education.
