擴大產學合作效益之可行性模式研究

摘要


有鑑於國內工程領域學術單位已累積豐碩之研究成果,為能促使研究成果更符合產業實務應用,縮短廠商商品化研發時程,本研究以國科會工程處規劃與發展「跨領域創意加值創新的研發模式」為研究對象,希望經由實務面的推動與學術研究上的探討,建立一個藉由跨領域團隊合作,從創意方案到可行性評估與原型品製作一連貫知識整合協作過程的創新研發模式。並以這些執行計畫作為研究對象,探討跨領域創新社群的網絡建構、知識整合與價值創造的過程,以及對社群成員所帶來的雙面創新(Ambidexterity in innovation)之學習效益,提供未來「跨領域創意加值推動計畫」的推動機制和標準作業程序建議。

According to the domestic engineering academic department have already been accumulated to the fruitful results of the study, in order to enable more in line with industry practice applications to promote the research, shorten manufacturers’ commercialization of research and develop time. This study focus on the engineering section at the National Science Council, planning and development of interdisciplinary creative value-added innovative research and develop model for the study, through the surface of the practice to promote academic research of the establishment of a cooperation by the interdisciplinary team to produce a coherent knowledge integration collaborative process innovation, creative solutions to the feasibility assessment and prototype products research and develop model. And use these execution plans for the study of interdisciplinary innovation community network construction, the process of knowledge integration and value creation, as well as members of the community brought about by the double-sided innovative learning effectiveness (Ambidexterity in innovation), provide interdisciplinary creative value-added promotion plan to promote mechanisms and standard operating procedures recommendation.
