Practice and Exploration of Industrial College in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要

The benign interaction and integrated development of higher vocational talent training and higher vocational talent industry is the key direction of the innovation and reform of higher vocational education, and the construction of industrial college is an important measure to innovate the school system and upgrade the talent training strategy of higher vocational colleges.This paper explores the basic practical path of the construction of higher vocational colleges from five aspects: optimizing laws, regulations, policies, innovating the talent training mode, building a high‐level professional group, the establishment of the integrated training base of industry and education, and the combination of the ＂double teacher＂ team.
