The Theoretical Research and Practice Approach of Labor Education from the Perspective of 'Community College System'

摘要


With the continuous development of the society, the quality of talent cultivation in higher education has faced greater challenges. General education of college students has been paid more attention to year by year, and the improvement of humanistic quality and comprehensive ability of college students has attracted more and more attention from educators. To meet the needs of all‐round development of students and the growth of compound and innovative talents, many universities in China have created the 'college system' mode of student education management. Since 1963, when the Chinese University of Hong Kong first tried the college system, only 43 universities in China have implemented the college system. Most domestic colleges and universities implement the 'dual college system' education management mode. Students carry out professional education in professional colleges with professional classes as units and carry out general education and practice and improvement of comprehensive ability freely in community colleges. This article mainly from the 'community college' research focus in the education management mode, analyses the theory basis of this education pattern summarizes the superiority and realistic factors, digs into 'community college' in carry out labor education theory and research method, is put forward based on the 'community college' path of labor education practice, foster new art of morality, intelligence, and physique full scale development of The Times.
