摘要

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to inheriting and carrying forward excellent traditional Chinese culture. The foundation of colleges and universities lies in building morality and cultivating people. Only universities that cultivate first‐class talents can become world‐class universities. Ideological and political education is the key course to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. Therefore, how to effectively integrate the excellent Chinese traditional culture into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important topic to be explored and studied. The beauty of Chinese excellent traditional culture lies in its cultural charm and historical heritage, which is the foundation for us to always strengthen our cultural self‐confidence. Chinese excellent traditional culture is a fertile treasure house of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. Doing a good job of integration can not only better inherit and carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture, but also play an important role in excavating the depth and breadth of ideological and political theory courses and cultivating new people of the new era. At present, while the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made considerable achievements, there are still some problems, such as insufficient integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture and ideological and political courses, insufficient attraction to students, and insufficient effectiveness of educational effect. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching staff, innovate the teaching mode, enrich the teaching carrier, improve the guarantee mechanism to form the form of Ideological and political course in colleges and universities with aesthetic education.
