從「反身控制」運用探討2008年俄喬衝突事件

摘要

「反身控制」在1960年被俄羅斯學者弗拉基米爾．列斐伏爾率先提出，相繼被俄羅斯軍方應用。後因20世紀喬治亞參與北約活動，導致俄羅斯在地緣戰略被迫下，以軍事與非軍事進擊。在2008年俄喬衝突中，俄羅斯採取「反身控制」，刻意製造衝突危機，迫使該國總統薩卡什維利於奧運開幕日發動攻勢，使其陷入圈套。試想中共是否以相同手法，對我國實施「反身控制」，操作統戰策略以文攻、腐蝕、蠶食方法，形塑有利態勢與後續運作之基礎。

＂Reflexive control＂ was first proposed by Russian scholar Vladimir Lefebvre in 1960, and the Russian military successively applied the theory. In the 20th century, Georgia's intention to become a member of NATO threatened Russia's geopolitical strategy, and military and non-military actions ensued. During the Russo-Georgian War in 2008, Russia adopted ＂reflexive control＂ and deliberately created conflicts, which entrapped Saakashvili, the President of Georgia, to launch a military operation on the same day as the Olympics opening ceremony. We need to be concerned whether the CCP is practicing ＂Reflexive control＂ theory on Taiwan, and conduct the United Front tactic through multiple means to shape a favorable operating environment.
